Z-Towers in Riga

Z-Towers is a multifunctional building complex in Riga made up of two round residential buildings joined by a podium in the base area. The South Tower is 123 metres tall, while the North Tower rises to 117 metres. This makes the Z-Tower complex the highest building in Latvia. The towers feature a total of 336 apartments, 10,000 square metres of premium office space, parking for up to 700 cars in a four-storey car park, an international school and nursery as well as a fitness studio and spa on over 4,000 square metres. 

Z-Towers represents a combination of two aspects that appear contradictory at first glance: On the one hand, the buildings offer a panoramic view of the urban life in Riga’s old town, and on the other, they offer a quiet life in the countryside.

In different parts of the building complex, OBO products from the area of  Gebäudeinstallation  were installed, making them part of this unique project. Stakeholders chose OBO as a collaboration partner due to their product quality, support and fast delivery.
